AI Consultant & CTO · Islamabad, Pakistan

Most AI projects never make it past the demo. I build the ones that do.

I'm Fazal Bhai. I spent ten years shipping mobile products — 80+ of them, to a combined 50 million users. Now I build the AI systems behind them: computer vision, LLM pipelines, and automation that has to survive contact with real operations.

What I do

Three ways I help businesses use AI

Every engagement starts with a business problem, not a tool. I only take on work where AI is the right answer — not where it's the fashionable one.

AI Product Development

From a real problem to a system in production.

LLMs, computer vision, or agentic AI — whichever the problem actually needs. Smart detection, automated document generation, vision-based verification, enterprise agents.

What you get

  • A working system, deployed and monitored
  • Handover your engineers can maintain
  • An honest read on what AI won't fix
Best for
Teams with a real problem and no in-house AI capability

n8n · LangChain · Claude · Gemini · Whisper · Ollama

AI Automation

Manual operations, removed — and they stay removed.

WhatsApp bots, sales funnels, email processing, payment verification, data pipelines. Built on the official Meta API and real infrastructure, not no-code toys that break in month two.

What you get

  • A workflow that runs unattended, 24/7
  • Failure handling for the cases that break
  • Your team trained to operate it
Best for
Operations still running on repetitive manual work

CTO Advisory

A technical co-founder, without the equity.

Architecture decisions, vendor selection, build-vs-buy, hiring, and hands-on code review — from someone who still writes the code rather than just reviewing slides about it.

What you get

  • A written architecture recommendation
  • Build-vs-buy analysis for your board
  • Hiring support and real code review
Best for
Founders making decisions they can't undo later

Smart automation for public spaces, Dubai

Architected and built a computer-vision and AI automation platform for a Dubai government client: smoking detection, environmental and grass monitoring via local vision models, automated reporting, and the operational workflows around them. Shown at GITEX Global 2025 — one of the world's largest technology exhibitions.

AI University — Urdu AI education, sold by a bot

An end-to-end AI education business: a five-book Urdu ebook bundle sold through a 24/7 automated WhatsApp funnel I built on the official Meta API — n8n orchestration, payment webhooks, automatic PDF delivery. It replaced a human closer who took 25% commission. Revenue-generating from day one.

About

From Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to building AI for Dubai.

I started professionally in Peshawar in 2015, writing Android apps for the KP government and, later, on a World Bank civic innovation fellowship. I picked up Flutter in 2018 and never went back — 80+ apps across both platforms, leading a team of eight engineers at Wolfiz Technologies, and mobile lead on Smartie, a New Zealand super app. Along the way my teams won Google's Flutter Puzzle Hack and two global Huawei Apps UP awards.

In 2023 I became CTO at Code Crush Technologies and moved the work from mobile-first to AI-first. Since then: 20+ production AI systems — computer-vision pipelines, WhatsApp automation, agentic workflows. In 2025 my team built and presented a smart-automation platform for a Dubai government client at GITEX Global.

I also run AI University — an Urdu-language AI education platform that has reached 20,000+ people across Pakistan. I don't think AI should be gatekept by language or postcode.

From the people who worked with me

Clients, colleagues and the engineers I've led.

Fazal took a vague brief about automating public-space operations and turned it into a system we could actually put in front of government stakeholders at GITEX. He thinks about the operations side that most developers ignore.
Omar Al MarzooqiProject Lead · Smart City Programme, Dubai
I hired Fazal as a senior developer and he left as the person the whole mobile team ran through. He built the QA process, the hiring process and the release process — none of which I asked him to do.
Ahmad Ayaz NoorManaging Director · Wolfiz Technologies
We needed a Flutter lead who could work across three time zones without hand-holding. Fazal shipped, communicated clearly, and pushed back when our specs didn't make sense. That last part is rarer than it should be.
Rachel WhitfieldProduct Manager · Smartie, New Zealand
He told us AI was the wrong solution for two of the three things we asked about, and built the third one properly. I've never had an agency turn down scope before.
Khalid Bin SalehFounder · Retail group, Riyadh
I run a small distribution business and I don't code. His Urdu AI course was the first thing that explained automation in a way I could actually use the same week. We now handle orders on WhatsApp automatically.
Muhammad TariqBusiness owner · Lahore
Fazal reviewed our architecture before we raised, found two decisions that would have cost us a rewrite in year two, and gave us a build-vs-buy call we could defend to investors. Three sessions, enormous value.
Sana IqbalCo-founder · Early-stage SaaS, Karachi
I joined his team as a junior with six months' experience. He reviewed every pull request I opened for a year and explained why, not just what. I lead my own team now because of that.
Bilal AhmedEngineering Lead · Islamabad
Working with government departments is slow and Fazal never treated that as an excuse. The traffic police app went live on schedule and is still running years later.
Naveed KhanProgramme Officer · Government of KP
